Price A price estimate prior to service is only an initial estimate of the cost of services reserved. Additional Stops, Waiting Time, Tolls, Parking, and other applicable fees are not included. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Hourly Rates Customers are billed from the time they enter the vehicle and exit the vehicle at their final destination. Charges are calculated by applying the applicable hourly rate commencing from the time the reservation is set to begin service and continues through such time the chauffeur concludes service and passenger exits vehicle. The minimum number of billable hours appears in the Reservation Price Estimate, however does not always reflect the exact number of billable hours. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour increment.
Additional Stops Any additional stops requested by the customer will be charged by the base fare rate. Each stop will incur a wait time which is calculated in 15 minute increments. Wait Time All commercial airline arrivals. A 15 minute grace period is allowed for non airport pickups. A 30-minute grace period is allowed on all domestic arrivals and 60 minutes on all international arrivals. After the grace period, waiting time charges will apply. Airport Pickup We offer free Meet & Greet at airport pickups, however parking fees apply. Chauffeurs will have the company name and passenger name displayed. If you have difficulty finding your chauffeur, you may call the chauffeur directly or call our dispatch number. If a passenger leaves the pickup location a No Show charge equal to the base fare plus any applicable fees will apply.
Cancellation of Reservation To cancel or modify your reservation please call our office. All cancelations must be made 12 hours prior to the set reservation time to avoid a No Show fee. Customer acknowledges that a No Show fee is equal to the full base fare plus any applicable fees. You may modify your reservation up to 7 days after the original reservation date to avoid a No Show fee.
General Customer assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn and sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in all of our vehicles. We are not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
